Through This Purchase, The National Administration Romanian Waters Will Be Equipped With Multifunctional Equipment For Access Or Other Arrangements/Unblocking Of The Intervention Area - Cpv Code - 43500000-8, In Accordance With The Requirements And Description In The Specifications. The Acquisition Takes Place Within The Investment 5 Project. Adequate Endowment Of Basin Administrations For Infrastructure Monitoring, Prevention And Management Of Emergency Situations, Financed By The National Recovery And Resilience Plan. For The Implementation Of This Project, The Financing Contract No. 50565/26.07.2022 By The Ministry Of The Environment, Waters And Forests As Coordinator Of Reforms And/Or Investments For The National Recovery And Resilience Plan No. 26595/08.03.2022, And The Romanian Waters National Administration Is Identified As The Beneficiary. The Quantities Of Products Will Be In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Task Book, Respectively: Multifunctional Equipment For Access Or Other Arrangements/Unlocking Of The Intervention Area - 16 Pcs. The Supplier Of The Products Will Ensure The Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Training Of The User Staff And Reception/Reception Final (Without Nonconformities) Of The Delivered Products, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specifications.
