The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Not The Purchase Of A License For The Formserver Qcm Application Platform, The License Is Owned By The Client And Will Be Provided For Use By The Selected Supplier For The Purpose Of Service Support And Development Of The Clients Web Forms.
