Sales Contract, The Subject Of Which Is A Highly Automated Hplc System Suitable For The Purification And Purity Control Of Biomolecules As Follows: The System Must Include A Semi-Preparative Gradient Eluent Delivery Module With A Uv/Vis Detector And An Automatic Dispenser Suitable For Simultaneous Injection Of 10 Ml, An Isocratic Pump With A Uv/Vis Detector And At Least With Automatic Feeder With 150 Standard Places. The System Should Ensure The Automatic Collection Of The Separated Fractions And The Possibility Of Automatic Switching Between At Least 5 Columns Placed In An Air Thermostat. All Modules Of The System Should Be Controlled From A Single Computer Software. The Data Station Should Be Capable Of Simultaneously Collecting 2 Time-Based, 4-Channel Data. The Offer Price Includes All The Equipment And Fittings Required For The Installation And Operation Of The System. The Offer Includes The Tools Or Instruments Required For The Routine Maintenance And Adjustment Of The System That Can Be Performed By The User, If They Are Necessary. The Offer Includes Full Instructions For Use And Technical Documentation In Hungarian Or, In The Absence Of Hungarian, In English. The Expected Technical Characteristics Of The Products Are Contained In The Technical Description Belonging To The Public Procurement Documents, In Which A Product With More Favorable Characteristics - For The Bidder - Than The Specified Product Characteristics Can Be Offered, Which Offer Is Accepted By The Bidder As Equivalent Performance. In The Public Procurement Procedure, An Offer Can Only Be Made For Products That Comply With The Specifications Of The Tenderer In All Respects. Commissioning Means The Following: The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of The Devices To The Installation Site, On-Site Management Of The Installation, The Handover Of The Additional Tools And Materials Required For The Commissioning, In The Condition Required For The Intended Use. The Remuneration Also Includes The Costs Of Training. The Training Must Be Provided To The Winning Bidder At Least 1 Time For 1 Working Day, For At Least 3 People. The Consideration Includes The Delivery Cost (Ddp Parity Budapest), And Also Includes All Costs Arising In Connection With Importation And Placing On The Market (Customs, Taxes, Fees, Levies, Fees For Necessary Official Permits, Etc.), All Additional Costs And Fees, But Does Not Include Sales Tax.
