This Competition Concerns The Project Management For The Construction Of A University Building Housing Part Of The Bachelors Cycle Of The Ufr Science And Techniques Of The University Of Le Mans. 1/Final Phase: Construction Of A University Building Housing Part Of The Bachelors Degree Cycle Of The Ufr Science And Techniques Of The University Of Le Mans. This Operation Is Included In The Cper 2021/2027 With Project Management Provided By Le Mans Métropole. The Project To Construct A New Building For The Undergraduate Cycle Of The Ufr Sciences And Techniques (Ufr St) Is Part Of The Desired Dynamic Of The City Of Le Mans To Become A More Student-Oriented City, Based In Particular On Improving The Reception Of Students, On A High School Transition /Facilitated University Or Even On Student Success. For The Firm Phase (Construction Of The New Building), This Project Is Estimated At 8,217,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. 2/Optional Phase: The Construction Of The New Building Will Free Up Some Areas (Of The Order Of Approximately 400M2) In The Old Buildings, Which Will Be Rehabilitated Either To Create New Td Rooms With 40 Places (Currently In Insufficient Number, Including After Taking Into Account Account Of The Future Construction Of The License Building), Either Functional Practical Lab Rooms (In Particular For Physics Which Is Not Planned In The Future License Building), Or New Spaces For Research Laboratories (In The Spaces Released Within The Zrr).
