Possibility Of Presenting Variants In The Offers - There Is No Possibility Of Providing Variants In The Offers Of The Participants. Place Of Execution Of The Order - The Execution Of The Activities Should Be Carried Out On The Territory Of The Protected Zones Bg0000224 Ograzhden - Maleshevo, Bg0000366 Kresna-Ilindentsi, Bg0001011 Osogovska Planina, Bg0001013 Skrino, Bg0001022 Oranovski Gorge - Leshko, Bg0000496 Rila Monastery, Bg0001028 Middle Pirin - Alibotush Within The Distribution Limits Of Forest Natural Habitats 9110, 9130, 91Ba, 91Ca, 9410, 9530. In These Habitats, Surveys And Demonstrations Should Be Carried Out In Order To Acquire New Knowledge And Data About Their Condition. Deadline For Execution Of The Order - The Contract For Public Procurement Enters Into Force From The Date Of Its Registration In The Records System Of The Contracting Authority. The Term For The Fulfillment Of All Obligations Assumed By The Parties Under The Agreement Is Up To 36 Months, Counted From The Date Of Notification By The Contracting Authority For Secured Financing. Costs For The Order - The Costs For Preparing The Offers And For Participating In The Procedure Are At The Expense Of The Participants In It. Participants Are Not Entitled To Make Any Claims For Expenses Incurred By Them In The Preparation And Submission Of Their Offers, Regardless Of The Outcome Of The Procedure. Estimated Value Of The Order - The Estimated Value Of The Order Is 448,844.38 (Four Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Four Bgn And 38 Cents) Bgn. Without Vat, Respectively 538,613.25 (Five Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Six Hundred And Thirteen Bgn And 25 Cents) Bgn. With Vat. A Participant Who Offered A Higher Than The Estimated Value For The Execution Of The Order Will Be Removed From Participation In The Procedure. Funding Of The Order - The Funds Are Expected To Be Provided By The Environment Program 2021-2027. As Of The Date Of The Opening Of The Present Procedure, Funding Has Not Been Secured, Given That And According To Art. 114 Of The Civil Code, A Clause For Deferred Execution Will Be Included In The Draft Contract. In This Case, Either Party May Request Termination Of The Contract Without Notice After A Three-Month Period From Its Conclusion.
