Electric Vehicles – The Supply Of 3 (Three) Electric Minibuses 16+1, Within The Project Electric Minibuses For Students From Suceava County, Code 27, Financed Under The National Recovery And Resilience Plan (Pnrr), Within The Call For Projects C15 - Education, Investment 10: Development Of The Network Of Green Schools And Purchase Of Green Minibuses. The Object Of The Contract Is The Supply Of 3 (Three) Electric Minibuses 16+1, Within The Project Electric Minibuses For Students From Suceava County, Code 27, Financed Under The National Recovery And Resilience Plan (Pnrr) Within The Call For Projects C15 - Education, Investment 10: Development Of The Network Of Green Schools And Purchase Of Green Minibuses. The Beneficiaries Of The Investment For The Provision Of Electric Minibuses Are 3 Administrative-Territorial Units (Communes): Fundu Moldovei, Zamostea And Iacobeni. The 16+1-Seater Electric Minibuses Will Be Structured With A Single Section (Non-Articulated And Without A Floor) And Will Be Equipped With Access Facilities For People With Reduced Mobility (Ramp And/Or Other Specific Equipment). The Minibuses Will Be Intended For School Transport, Complying With The Provisions Of Directive 2009/33/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of April 23, 2009 On The Promotion Of Non-Polluting And Energy-Efficient Road Transport Vehicles And Regulation No. 51 Of 2007 Of The United Nations Economic Commission For Europe (Unece). The Supply Contract Will Have A Duration Of 4 (Four) Months From The Date Of Its Signing By Both Parties, But No Later Than 30.09.2025. The Delivery Term Will Be A Maximum Of 60 Calendar Days From The Date Of Transmission Of The Order Note By The Contracting Authority. The Delivery Condition Of The Electric Minibuses Is Delivered Duty Paid (Ddp), According To The Latest Version Of Incoterms, In The Quantitative And Qualitative Conditions Established By The Contract, In Which All Expenses And Risks That Occur During Delivery And Until Commissioning Are Assumed By Supplier. The Supplier Is Responsible And Will Carry Out At Its Own Expense The On-Site Training Of The Personnel Designated By The Beneficiary. The Personnel Of The Acquirer And/Or The End User, Nominated By The Beneficiary, Will Be Trained In Order To Know The Way Of Current Maintenance Of The Electric Minibus, But Also To Achieve Its Good Operation. The Training Will Be Carried Out Within The Delivery Period Of 60 Calendar Days From The Date Of Transmission Of The Order Note By The Contracting Authority. The Investment In Electric Minibuses For Students Will Contribute To Reducing Polluting Emissions In The Atmosphere And Protecting The Climate.
