Pohjois-Savo Ely Center Requests Your Offer For The Supply Of Rainbow Trout In 2025 In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Below. The Procurement Will Be Made Into A Framework Agreement Lasting Until The End Of 2025 With A Maximum Of Four Suppliers. In Addition To This, The Customer Reserves The Right To Two One-Year Options For The Years 2026 And 2027. The Object Of Procurement Is Catch-Sized Rainbow Trout Fry, A Full Female School. The Offered Fish And The Transport Must Meet All The Requirements Presented Here: Age And Size Of The Fish: All Fish Must Be 2 Years Old Or 3 Summers Old, Fishing Size And Weighing 1,000–1,500 Grams. The Fish Must Have An Average Weight Of At Least 1,100 Grams. Rainbow Trout Weighing Less Than 1,000 Grams Are Not Accepted For Planting. Fish Origin: All Fish Offered Must Come From One Fish Farming Company. The Tenderer Must State The Name, Address And Social Security Number Of This Company In Their Offer. Fish Health And Quality: The Fish Must Be Free Of Infectious Fish Diseases And Visually Healthy And Vigorous, And There Must Be No Abnormally Increased Mortality At The Facility Of Origin. Boarders Must Meet The Quality Requirements Defined In The Reports Of Kalke (Mmm 2004:6) And The Toive Working Group (Mmm 2003:12). The Fish Must Be Raised In Inland Waters Throughout Their Life Cycle. In Accordance With The Decision Of The Ministry Of Agriculture And Forestry, Chicks Raised In The Sea May Not Be Transferred To Inland Water Plantations. Catcher-Sized Rainbow Trout That Meet The Quality Requirements Will Be Planted In 2025 For Around 190,000 Euros (Vat 0%). The Offered Price Must Include Transport To The Planting Sites. When Transporting Fish, The Maximum Number Of Fish In A 2.4 M3 Tank Is 240 Kg And With Aeration 280 Kg. Here, On The Basis Of The Selection And Comparison Criteria Appearing In The Call For Tenders, A Framework Arrangement Is Formed, Which Here Means A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Of Four Suppliers, Unless There Are Fewer Bidders Or Acceptable Offers That Meet The Suitability And Minimum Requirements. The Framework Agreement Confirms The Prices And Planned Quantities For Orders Placed During The Contract Period, As Well As Other Conditions. Orders Based On The Framework Arrangement Are Made Without Tendering By Choosing A Supplier In Compliance With The Terms Of The Framework Arrangement And The Criteria Presented In The Framework Arrangements Request For Tender (Order Of Preference).
