The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Presentation Of Variants Of The Offer. Each Participant Has The Right To Submit Only One Offer. The Submission Of An Offer Obliges The Participants To Fully Accept All Requirements And Conditions Specified In The Documentation In Compliance With The Sop And Ppzop And All Other Normative Acts Related To The Subject Of The Order. All Documents Presented By The Participants Must Be In Bulgarian. If A Participant Has Submitted A Document In A Foreign Language, It Must Also Be Submitted In An Official Translation Into Bulgarian. The Offers Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Documentation And Be Formatted According To The Samples Attached To The Documentation. The Samples Attached To The Documentation Are Mandatory. A Participant Who Submitted An Offer That Is Not Prepared According To The Mandatory Forms Will Be Removed From Participation! Delivery Term - Not Longer Than 30 (Thirty) Calendar Days.
