Architectural Services For Buildings – Mgk_2025_1_Object Planning Buildings (Copy). The Client Intends To Renovate The Roof Of The Main House On The 5Th/6Th Floor. Og. The Main House Was Built In 1985 And Consists Of Six Upper Floors And Four Basement Floors. The Upper Floors Consist Of Two L-Wings, Which Are Connected In The Middle By An Elevator Wing. The L Wings Each Consist Of Two Wings, In Which Mainly Patient Rooms/Bed Rooms Are Arranged Up To The 5Th Floor. There Are Stairwells And Lounges With Small Outdoor Areas On The End Walls Of The L-Wings. The Wings On The 5Th Floor Are Currently Occupied By Patients, One Wing Has Been Empty For A Long Time. The 6Th Floor Is A Technology Floor. The Roof Surfaces Have Not Been Renovated Since The Building Was Constructed In 1985 (Except For Selective Repairs). The Planning And Tendering Of The Executing Services (Mainly Roofing And Scaffolding Work) Will Take Place In 2025 And Should Be Completed By July 2025 If Possible. The Renovation Includes All Roof Areas On The 5Th And 6Th Floors, Including The Small Roof Areas On The End Walls Of The L-Wings And Above The Elevators. There Is An Internal Drainage System In The Existing Building That Can Still Be Used. In Addition, Parapet Emergency Spouts, Which Do Not Yet Exist, Are To Be Provided. The Planning Of The Roof Areas On The 5Th Floor Should Take Optional Pv Into Account. For Details See Appendix Procedural Instructions. The Planning Services Of The Future Contractor Include All Planning Services (Service Phases 1 - 9 In Accordance With Section 34, Annex 10 Hoai) Of The Property Planning Building That Are Necessary To Achieve The Agreed Success. The Client Intends To Commission The Services In Stages. There Is No Legal Right To The Commissioning Of All Service Phases.
