Description Of The Public Procurement Specific Objectives: • Providing Accommodation For Participants, Organizers; • Conference Room Rental For Training Sessions For 3 (Three) Days/Series, With A Capacity Of 125 People, So As To Ensure Compliance With All Sanitary Conditions In Force; • Ensuring Meal Services, Including Coffee Breaks, So As To Ensure Compliance With All Sanitary Conditions In Force; • Insurance Of Transport Expenses; • Securing The Participants Folder. Number Of Events: 1 Event Consisting Of 3 (Three) Consecutive Training Series That Will Take Place Between 03.31.2025 And 04.09.2025. Number Of Participants: 375 Participants. Each Series Will Be Composed Of A Number Of 125 Participants, People From Central Apia, County Centers Of Apia, The Organizational Team, As Well As Afir Representatives. Proposed Period Of Implementation: 31.03.2025 – 09.04.2025. The Training Session Will Take Place Over 3 (Four) Days/Series, As Follows: • Series I During 31.03.2025 – 04.02.2025, With Entry To Accommodation From 30.03.2025; • Series Ii In The Period 04.03.2025 – 04.05.2025, With Entry To Accommodation From 04.02.2025; • Series Iii In The Period 04.07.2025 – 04.09.2025, With Entry To Accommodation From 04.06.2025. Venue Of Events: Romania, Covasna County. The Specific Activities Necessary To Conduct The Meetings: The Services Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specifications.
