The Subject Of The Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Operation Of Sewage And Wwtp For Public Use Owned By The Municipality Of Petřvald (Hereinafter Referred To As Concession Contracts Or Operating Contracts), I.E. Operating Contract In The Sense Of § 8 Par. 2 Of Act No. 274/2001 Coll., On Water Pipes And Sewers For Public Use And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws (Water Pipes And Sewerage Act), As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Zovak) With The Right To Select The Sewerage Belonging To The Concessionaire In The Sense Of § 8 Par. 13 And 14 Zovak, The Subject Of Which Will Be The Lease Of Sewers Owned By The Municipality Of Petřvald To The Concessionaire And The Concessionaires Obligation To Ensure The Proper Operation Of This Property In Accordance With The Relevant Provisions Of The Zovak.
