For The Municipal Building Yard. In Order To Achieve A Uniform Technical Standard, The Vehicle Advertised Must Correspond To The Specified Functional Service Description. The Service Description Is Intended To Make It Easier To Prepare The Offer And The Subsequent Evaluation. These Forms Are Binding For Submitting Offers And Must Be Used In The Same Way As The Other Forms In The Contract Documents (See Also Invitation To Submit Offers). The Bidder Must, If Not Already Done So, Present An Identical Vehicle Within 14 Days Before The End Of The Offer Period.
