The Purpose Of The Order Is To Ensure The Delivery Of 5 Factory New Off-Road Vehicles Of The Pickup Type, 4X4, Equipped With Mobile Fire-Extinguishing Systems, Necessary For The Activity Of The Sdp, City Of Smolyan. The Delivered Cars Should Have A Mobile Fire Extinguishing System Mounted On A Sliding Metal Platform For Easy Installation And Disassembly In The Cargo Area. The Offered Mobile Fire Extinguishing Systems Should Have The Possibility To Be Dismantled From The Vehicle If Necessary, Respectively To Be Installed Again Without Thereby Violating The Warranty Conditions, As Well As The Same Actions To Be Carried Out Outside The Service Bases. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Warranty (Service) Service For The Delivered Cars, Along With The Installed Fire Extinguishing Systems. There Is No Provision For Specialized Equipment For Persons With Reduced Mobility According To The Requirements Of Art. 48, Para. 5 Of The Zop. The Delivered Motor Vehicles Are Not Intended For Public Transport And They Should Be Category N1g Within The Meaning Of Art. 149, Item 3, B. And Etc. 6 Of The Road Traffic Act.
