The Subject Of The Order Provides For The Preparation Of Complex Reports For Compliance Assessment Under Art. 142 Of The Law On Territorial Development (Zut) Of Investment Projects In The Working Project Phase For Carrying Out Repair And Restoration Works (Rvr) Of 41 Irrigation Sites - Representing Project Proposals From Irrigation Systems Ead To Ii.G. 5. - Investments In Irrigation Infrastructure Under The Strategic Plan For The Development Of Agriculture And Rural Areas In The Republic Of Bulgaria For The Period 2023-2027. The Approved Investment Projects, In Addition To The Issuance Of A Construction Permit In Accordance With Article 148 Of The Zut, Will Also Be Used For The Award Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Zop.
