The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of A Draft General Plan Covering The Area Of The City Of Pszów Within Its Administrative Boundaries In Accordance With Resolution No. Iii/20/2024 Of The City Council In Pszów Of June 27, 2024 On The Commencement Of The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The City Of Pszów.3. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Order To The Extent And In The Form Resulting From, Among Others, The Provisions Of: 1) The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E. Of 2024, Journal Of Laws, Item 1130) And The Implementing Acts To The Above-Mentioned Act, 2) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Drawings From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758, As Amended). Amended),3) Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Impact Assessments On The Environment (I.E. Of 2024, Journal Of Laws, Item 1112, As Amended),4) In Accordance With Local Law Acts,5) Taking Into Account Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract And Current Court Decisions Regarding Spatial Development,6 ) Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts Relating To The Subject Of The Order, Including: Regarding Environmental Protection, Protection Of Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads,7) Other Provisions Applicable To The Subject Of The Contract.4. The Contractors Tasks And Responsibilities Will Include In Particular: 1) Analysis Of The Initial Materials, Including In Particular Applicable Spatial Planning Acts, Previously Submitted Applications For The Preparation Of Amendments To Spatial Planning Acts, Existing Conditions (Including Environmental, Geological, Spatial, Cultural Heritage, Etc.) , State Of Development And Buildings, Urban Inventory, Ecophysiographic Study, Determination Of The Demand For New Housing Development In The Commune, 2) Preparation Of Substantive Documents Formal And Legal Requirements Required By Law, I.E. Letters, Notices, Announcements On Commencement Of The Development Of The Plan, Commencement Of Public Consultations And Other Necessary For The Correct Procedure In Accordance With The Regulations, 3) Preparation Of A Draft General Plan In The Form And Scope Necessary To Submit For Opinion And Arrangements, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Regulations, 4) Preparation Of A Forecast Of The Environmental Impact Of The Draft Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Protection Environment And Environmental Impact Asse
