The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of A Rehabilitation Bed With A Mattress And An Arm, As Well As A Bedside Cabinet Along With Assembly For The Implementation Of The Project Open Home - Your Respite - Together In The Care Of Your Loved One In The Social Welfare Home (Dps) At Ul. Mączna 3 And In The Nursing Home At Ul. Karmelkowa 25 In Wrocław For The Needs Of The Municipal Center For Social Services (Mcus) In Wrocław.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Titled: “Open House – Your Respite – Together In Caring For Your Loved Ones” No. Feds.07.07-Ip.02-0067/23-00 Under Priority No. 7 European Funds For The Labor Market And Social Inclusion In Lower Silesia; Measure No. 7.7 Development Of Social And Health Services Of The European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Program Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus. 3. The Subject Of The Order Is Defined By The Following Codes: Cpv 33190000-8 Various Medical Devices And Products; 3319100-3 Beds For Medical Use.4. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Delivered To The Dps Facilities Located At Ul. Mączna 3 And Ul. Karmelkowa 25 In Wrocław In The Quantities Indicated In The Price Calculation (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz).5. The Contractor Will Install The Cabinet And Bed In The Room Indicated By The Ordering Party. Delivery And Assembly Of The Cabinet And Bed Will Take Place Between 7:00 A.M. And 3:00 P.M. After Completing The Installation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove All Unnecessary Materials, Waste And Garbage And Dispose Of Them At His Own Expense. 6. Assembly Means Assembling The Cabinet And Bed According To The Attached Instructions Without Connecting To The Electrical Installation.7. The Ordering Party Will Ultimately Connect The Beds To The Electrical Installation On Their Own. The Contractor Declares That These Activities Will Not Result In The Loss Of The Guarantee And Warranty. The Ordering Party Will Purchase The Products Necessary To Connect The Subject Of The Order To The Electrical Installation On Its Own.8. The Bed Will Be Put Into Operation To Check Its Correct Installation And Connection To The Electrical Installation In The Presence Of The Contractor And The Ordering Party.9. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type And Quantity Of The Ordered Goods, Can Be Found In The Price Calculation, Which, As Annex No. 3, Is An Integral Part Of The Swz.
