1. The Subject Of The Order Are: Water Washing And Dry Cleaning Services For Uniform Supplies And Footwear Disinfection, Divided Into Two Parts. Part No. 1 - Comprehensive Laundry Services With Transport To The Towns Of Wędrzyn, Międzyrzecz, Skwierzyna, Training Ground. Expected Number Of Kilograms Of Laundry And Pairs Of Shoes To Be Disinfected: Basic Quantity: - Water Washing In The Amount Of 15,000 Kg; - Dry Cleaning In The Amount Of 10,000 Kg; - Shoe Disinfection: 500 Pairs Number Of Options: - Water Washing In The Amount Of 20,000 Kg; - Dry Cleaning In The Amount Of 17,000 Kg; - Shoe Disinfection: 900 Pairs. The Contractor Undertakes Not To Use Agents Containing Chlorine Compounds In The Washing And Disinfection Process. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Pack The Washed Items In Such A Way That They Do Not Become Dirty, Crushed Or Destroyed Again During Transport And Handling In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To The Contract. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Washing In Laundry Tunnels. The Ordering Party Will Assess The Quality Of The Service Provided Each Time The Washed Items Are Accepted. A Washed Item Of Uniform Supplies Is Considered To Be An Item That Is In Particular: • Clean, Without Primary Stains And Secondary Stains Resulting From A Faulty Dry Or Water Cleaning Process; • With A Fresh Smell, Without Foreign Odors (In The Case Of Dry Cleaning With The Scent Of Cleaning)• Washed Using Agents Provided By The National Institute Of Hygiene;• Ironed;• Folded And Grouped According To Arrangements With The Ordering Party;2. Contract Templates, Annex No. 6 To The Swz Supplement The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Order Terms.
