1. Subject Of The Order: 1.1. The Service Covered By The Order Includes Playgrounds, Outdoor Gyms, Sports Fields, Other Areas (Community Centers, Squares, Gazebos, Tennis Courts) Included In Annex No. 1A And 1B To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Services In The Field Of: 2.1. Maintenance Of Equipment And Areas Referred To In Point 1.1 In A Condition Allowing Their Use, In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations. The Contractor Is Responsible For Managing The Generated Waste In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions, 2.2. Keeping The Areas Clean, In Particular: Removing All Green Waste, I.E. Branches, Leaves, Fir Needles And Raking Out Small Debris, E.G. Broken Glass, Cigarette Butts And Bottle Caps, Ongoing Sweeping Of Paved Surfaces. The Contractor Is Obliged To Patrol The Area On An Ongoing Basis And Remove Contamination So That The Area Is Constantly Clean. The Maintained Area Should Have An Aesthetic Appearance. Waste Removal Is Provided By The Contractor, 2.3. Lawn Mowing And Biomass Removal: Before Mowing, Dirt (Paper, Glass, Etc.) Must Be Removed. The Contractor Is Obliged To Mow The Grass In Front Of The Playgrounds To Provide Free Access To The Playground. The Removal Of Mown Grass And Collected Biomass Should Take Place On The Day The Work Is Performed. Spring And Autumn Cleaning Of Leaves And Fallen Fir Trees Takes Place Along With The Removal Of Biomass. Export Of The Above-Mentioned Excavated Material Provided By The Contractor, 2.4. Weed Removal Of Playgrounds And Volleyball Sports Fields: The Contractor Is Obliged To Undertake Maintenance Activities In Places Covered With Sand, I.E. A Safe Surface, No Later Than April 15 And September 30. After Reporting Information From The Ordering Party About The Places Where Weeds Occur, The Contractor Is Obliged To Weed The Indicated Place Within 7 Days Of Reporting. The Excavated Material Resulting From The Weeding Process Must Be Removed By The Contractor From The Work Area On The Same Day. 2.5. Maintaining The Squares By Weeding Them, Watering, Trimming And Weeding The Plantings. After Reporting Information From The Ordering Party About The Places Where Weeds Occur, The Contractor Is Obliged To Weed The Indicated Place Within 7 Days Of Reporting. The Excavated Material Resulting From The Weeding Process Must Be Removed By The Contractor From The Work Area On The Same Day, 2.6. Watering The Sports Field In Olszyny, Plot Number 420. The Contractor Is Obliged To Water The Grass Sports Field Twice A Week In The Morning Until 9:00 A.M. On Mondays And Fridays. The Pitch Is Equipped With A Sprinkler System Owned By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Responsible For Providing Himself With All The Tools To Easily Perform The Task, For The Ongoing Maintenance Of The System, Its Inspection And Maintenance, And For Minor Repairs. Watering Covers The Entire Length And Width Of The Pitch. The Costs Of Purchasing Water Are Covered By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Also Obl
