Objective of the assignment: The primary objective of this assignment is to deliver life skills training to targeted women participants over the course of the project. Scope of work: The Life Skills Trainer will be responsible for: Designing and developing a comprehensive life skills training curriculum tailored to the needs of the women participants. Conducting 5 cycles of training over the project duration (ending in December 2026), with 7 sessions per cycle. Providing practical tools and resources that the participants can use beyond the project timeframe. Assessing the progress and impact of the training on the participants sense of agency and financial autonomy using monitoring tools that will be provided.
