The City Of Lohja Is Requesting Bids For Moving The Gazebo (Jugend-Huvimaja) Located In Lohjas Palonieme To The Lohja Museum, The Land Owned By The Parish Of Lohja. The Building Is Currently Located At Paloniementie 65, 08450 Lohja. The Building Will Be Moved To Rovastinkatu 1, 08100 Lohja. The Art Nouveau Style Gazebo Designed By Eliel Saarinen Was Built At The Turn Of The 19Th And 20Th Centuries. The Log And Frame Garden Pavilion Has A Natural Stone Block Foundation And A Steep Gable Roof. All Works On The Construction Site Are Carried Out As A Complete Contract In Accordance With The Attached Documents Of The Request For Tenders, Fully Completed And Completed. The Works Include The Relocation And Renovation Of The Paloniemi Manor Gazebo In Accordance With The Plan Documents. The Builder Requires That The Bidder Has Visited The Contract Site After Receiving The Request For Bids And Before Submitting The Bid, And Has Familiarized Himself With All The Documents Accompanying The Request For Bids Before Submitting The Bid. Based On The Openings, The Contractor Makes A Building Section-Specific Demolition Plan, Which Ensures The Preservation Of All Building Sections. Trials And Demolition Procedures Are Reviewed With The Architect And Structural Engineer. The Demolition Plan For Each Part Of The Building Must Be Approved By The Regional Museum, Which Gives Permission For The Actual Demolition Work To Begin. Archaeological Supervision The Grounds Of The Lohja Rectory Are Archaeological Remains, So Basically All Excavation Procedures In The Grounds Must Be Done Under The Supervision Of The Archeologist Of The Regional Museum. Archeologist Is A Customer Purchase. Basically, All Excavation Work Must Be Done Under The Supervision Of An Archaeologist. Construction Permit Deviations And Construction Permits Are Being Processed By The City Of Lohjas Building Supervision. The Contractor Removes The Existing Soil And Other Loose Material Up To The Rock Or Hard Subsoil. At The Museum, A Temporary Road Is Made On The Slope: 400 Mm 0/32 Crushed Stone Compacted On Top Of The Filter Fabric. The Contractor Will Make The Necessary Intermediate Platforms On The Slope. When The Work Is Finished, The Temporary Road Will Be Demolished And The Contractor Will Restore The Slope. The Attached Unit Price List Must Be Filled Out In The Bid. The Contractor Must Have Experience In The Restoration Of Historic Log And/Or Wooden Buildings. The Preliminary Schedule Is Between May And July 2025. The General Contract Terms Of The Yse 1998 Construction Contract Are Taken Into Account In The Contract.
