These Rules Regulate The Public Proposal Called “Acquisition Of Giftcard School Scholarship Year 2025 Commune Of Florida”. The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Acquire 3,500 Gift Cards Associated With Specific Businesses, Which Allow The Acquisition Of Clothing, Footwear, And/Or Materials According To School Needs, With The Purpose Of Supporting Families That Have A Greater Condition Of Social Vulnerability, Through The Delivery Of Aid In The Context Of The Beginning Of The 2025 School Year. The Above, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law No. 18,695, Constitutional Organic Law Of Municipalities, In Its Article No. 4 Letters C And I. In Terms Of Priority, The Technical Specifications Take Precedence Over The Special Administrative Bases, Without Prejudice, Which Must Be Understood In A Harmonious Way.
