Evidence of Registration with kano State Ministry for Public Procurement, Projects Monitoring and evaluation and Bureau for Public Procurement. Bidders are required to; Obtain Documents of the lots from the office of Secretary Special Tenders Board at the Department of Planning Research Statistics (PRS) Bichi Local Government Kano State.
