The Provider Has The Task Of Carrying Out The Activities Mentioned Below With A View To: - Elaboration In The 1970 Stereographic Projection System Of The Territorial Development And Urban Planning Documents, Respectively Of The Zonal Urban Plan For The Protected Built Area - The Castle Area In The Municipality Of Hunedoara; - The Developer Of Urban Documentation Has The Obligation To Provide The Spatial Data Sets In Vector Format - Geospatial Database Made In Electronic Format (Dwg, Dxf, Shf, Etc.), Compatible, Importable In Cad Programs And Gis Platforms, On Thematic Layers, In The 1970 Stereographic Projection System, To Be Uploaded To The Territorial Observatory. - It Will Provide Technical Assistance In Order To Acquire The Techniques And Tools Used In The Development Of Urban Documentation. - He Will Produce The Urban Documentation According To The Technical Specifications Described In This Specification. - Will Participate In The Population Information And Consultation Process. Considering The Particular Importance Of The Participatory-Consultative Process In The Development Of Such A Project Of Major Importance For The City, In Order To Facilitate Participation In The Substantiation Phases Of The Urban Documentation Development Process, The Provider Will Propose Specific Methods To Ensure The Consultation Of Interested Parties. The Activity Of The Providers Team Of Specialists Will Be Supported By The Beneficiarys Team Through Actions To Publish, Distribute, Collect And Centralize Documents Subject To Public Consultation, So That Any Interested Person Can Report Problems, Malfunctions, Developments, Resources, Needs, Etc. The Recorded Conclusions And Recommendations Will Be Analyzed And Incorporated Into The Text Of The Final Versions Of The Urban Documentation.
