The Subject Of The Present Public Procurement Is Technical And Information Maintenance Of The Computer Equipment In Opu-Ruse And Danube Bridge Checkpoint. Maintenance Covers All Activities To Bring The Equipment Into Working Condition. All Operations Related To Service Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Standards And Requirements Of The Manufacturer For The Respective Brand Of Equipment. Full Technical Service And Cleaning Of The Equipment, Restoration Of The Devices Serviceability, Which Includes: - Diagnostics Of Computer Systems And Peripherals, Replacement, Addition And/Or Upgrade Of A Computer Component And Recovery Of Data From A Hard Disk; - Local Network Support, Switches And Others /Without Embedded Materials/; - Remote Assistance And Consultations Through Remote Access Whenever Necessary. 4. Software Services – Installation Of Programs, Applications And Other Software Of The Employer, Recovery Of Information, Installation Of Peripheral Devices, Management Of Access Rights. B) Repair Of Equipment /Without Included Spare Parts/: 1. Repair Of Computer Systems, Monitors, Laptops, Printers, Copiers, Multifunction Devices (Mfp), Scanners, Tablets, Etc. Devices. 2. On-Site Visit, In Order To Repair Any Damage That Has Occurred. 3. Delivery And Installation Of Spare Parts For The Equipment. 4. Maintenance Of Specialized Software /Web Interface/ For Traffic Monitoring At The Danube Bridge Point; 2. Maintenance Of Cameras - Entry And Exit Of The Republic Of Bulgaria; 3. Data Processing And Transfer; D) Maintenance Of The Throughput System Includes: - Maintenance Of The Built Security System / Access Control / In The Building Of Api-Opu-Ruse, Located In The City.
