The Subject Of The Study Is The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Existing Building Of The Village Community Center In Dzieńki. The Facility Is Located In The Town Of Trzeciy, On Plot No. 68/3 In The Bobrowo Commune. The Expansion Of The Building Will Consist In The Addition Of A Part Of The Building On The North Side, 4.66 M Wide And 4.20 M Long, In Order To Separate Part Of The Kitchen Facilities, And The Addition Of A Part Of The Building On The South Side, 11.42 M Wide And 4.20 M Long, In Order To Separate Functional Facilities. I.E. A Heat Pump Room, A Storage And Utility Room And A Room For The Volunteer Fire Department. The Remaining Part Of The Building (Existing) Will Be Subject To Complete Renovation And Reconstruction In Order To Adapt Both Parts (Designed And Existing) To One Utility Program. In Addition, The Renovation Included Renovation Of The Roof, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Renovation Of The Buildings Facade, Replacement Of The Electrical, Water And Sewage Installations And Installation Of A Central Heating System - An Air Heat Pump, Installation Of A Mechanical Ventilation And Air Conditioning System And A Photovoltaic Micro-Installation On The Roof Of The Community Center Building.
