1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Daily Cleaning Of Office Rooms, Social Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, Passageways And The Funeral Home And Common Room.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.4 To The Swz And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex I.5 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Persons Indicated By The Contractor Who Will Participate In The Execution Of The Order And Contact The Ordering Party During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Have A Communicative Level Of Polish. In Case The Above-Mentioned Persons Will Not Speak Polish, During The Term Of The Contract And For The Purposes Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide An Interpreter At Its Own Expense And With Its Own Efforts.4. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Who Directly Carry Out The Subject Of The Contract On The Premises Of Pum Facilities, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465), Unless These Activities Are Performed By These Persons As Part Of Their Business Activity. The Selected Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party, Before Signing The Contract, The Contractors Or Subcontractors Declaration On The Employment Of Employees Under An Employment Contract, Containing Information Necessary To Verify Employment, In Particular: Name And Surname Of The Employed Employee, Date Of Conclusion Of The Employment Contract, Type Of Employment Contract And Scope Of The Employees Responsibilities. .
