1. This Document Specifies Detailed Requirements For The Delivery, Implementation And Launch Of Software And Hardware Infrastructure As Part Of The Implementation Of The Cybersecure Local Government Project At The District Office In Żary. This Project Is Co-Financed In The Form Of A Grant From The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc) Program, Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Action 2.2: Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System.2. The Aim Of The Project Is To Increase The Level Of Cybersecurity Of Local Government Units By Implementing Advanced Technological And Organizational Solutions That Increase Data Protection, Minimize The Risk Of Cyber Threats And Ensure The Continuity Of Operation Of Information Systems.3. The Implementation Of The Project Reflects A Strategic Approach To The Digitization Of Public Administration, Aimed At Strengthening The Ability Of Local Governments To Counteract Contemporary Challenges In The Field Of Digital Security. All Actions Will Be Taken In Accordance With National And European Standards, Including Interoperability, Availability And Protection Of Personal Data.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of Computer Equipment (Table Below) Described In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Place Of Delivery Is The Seat Of The Żary District At Al. Jana Pawła Ii 5 Or Other Place Indicated By The Ordering Party As A Storage Place. 5. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Defects And Complete Equipment, I.E. Including All Accessories, Wires And Cables Necessary For Their Use. The Equipment Offered Must Be Complete And Ready For Use Without Additional Purchases.6. The Delivered Equipment Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Also Covering The European Union Market, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights.7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Entire Assortment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Be Brand New, Without Physical And Legal Defects, Without Traces Of External Damage And Previous Use, I.E. That No Device May Have Been Previously Used, Manufactured No Earlier Than 6 Months Before The Delivery Date.8. The Delivered Goods Must Be Properly Packed To Prevent Damage During Delivery. The Ordering Party Requires That Instructions For The Ordered Goods Be In Polish.9. The Assortment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Specified In Applicable Law And Have All The Required Certificates.10. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party With: - Warranty Cards - Operating Manuals And Technical Documentation In Polish, - A Document Specifying The Rules For The Provision Of Services By The Authorized Service Center During The Warranty And Post-Warranty Period.11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Licenses As Well As All Rights To The Delivered
