The Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point Is The Next Stage Of The Implementation Of The Investment Project Titled: Municipal Waste Recycling Center In Krakow Located On Plot No. 1/169, Precinct 20, Kraków Nowa Huta Within The Former Huta Im. Sendzimir, In The Area Belonging To District Xviii Nowa Huta. Plot No. 1/169 Is Owned By Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Cleaning Spółka Z O. O. In Kraków. The Area Intended For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Has An Industrial Character And Has Been Strongly Anthropologically Transformed. Pursuant To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of April 25, 2012 On Determining Geotechnical Conditions For The Foundation Of Building Structures (Journal Of Laws Of 2012, Item 463), The Planned Investment Is Included In The Second Geotechnical Category With Complex Ground Conditions. 2. If The Contractor Provides A Warranty And Warranty Period Shorter Than That Required By The Ordering Party In The Offer Form, The Contractors Offer Will Be Rejected. 4.
