It Is Broken Down As Follows: - Design Phase: This Phase Begins From The Date Of Sending The Dedicated Service Order Which Marks The Commitment (T0conc); Its Effective Term Occurs At The Latest Of The Dates Mentioned In The “Design Phase” Line Of Article 2 - Definitions Of The Administrative Clauses; The Latest Of These Dates Must Occur Within A Maximum Period Of 5 Months From T0conc; -Production Phase: This Phase Begins From The Date Of Sending The Dedicated Service Order Which Marks The Commitment (T0réa); In This Context, It Is Specified That: The Contractual End Of Work Date Must Occur No Later Than T0réa + 5 Months; The Effective Date Of Receipt Must Occur No Later Than T0réa + 6 Months.
