Construction Work For Water And Sewage Pipelines - Engineering (Design, Author Supervision, Construction And Supply Of Equipment) For The Construction Of A New Harmanli Wwtp. The Scope Of Activities Continues From The Description Field (Bt-24-Lot) And In Addition To The Activities Described There, The Following Should Also Be Performed: Before Commissioning At The Station, The Contractor Should Train The Station Personnel, Which Should Be Documented. The Contractor Is Required To Provide A Continuous And Comprehensive Course Of Training And Instruction, Both Before Acceptance Of The Facility And During The Defect Reporting Period, To Ensure Quality Process Management. Upon Acceptance Of The Facility, Trained Operational Personnel Should Operate The Station With The Required Number Of Maintenance And Management Workers. If Necessary, Personnel Provided By The Contractor May Also Work At The Station. In Any Event, The Contractor Shall, For 12 Months After The Date Of Acceptance, Continue To Be Responsible For The Supervision Of The Operation And Management Of The Wastewater Treatment Plant. During The Defect Reporting Period (After The Issuance Of The Acceptance Certificate Until The Issuance Of The Performance Certificate By The Engineer), The Contractor Shall Be Responsible For Supervising The Operation And Maintenance Of The Station For A Period Of 1 Year After The Handover Of The Site, Ensuring That The Station And Adopted Technologies Meet The Work Requirements. Operating Costs During This Period Are Borne By The Operator. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Removal Of All Found Defects. The Bidder Shall Provide At Least 6 Months Before The Start Of The Defect Reporting Period The Necessary Specification For Chemicals And Other Consumables To Be Supplied Under The Contract In Quantities Sufficient For A Period Of 12 Months After Handover Of The Site. The Scope Of Duties To Be Undertaken By The Contractor Within The One-Year Defect Reporting Period Include: 1. Continued Training And Supervision Of Operation And Maintenance Personnel; 2. Inspection And Continuous Monitoring Of The Performed Operation And Maintenance Works; 3. Periodic Sampling Of The Water At The Inlet And Outlet, Etc., As Well As Subsequent Analysis Of The Samples In An Accredited Laboratory, In Order To Verify The Results Of The Wwtp Laboratory; 4. Review And Issue Of Monthly Reports, Which Contain The Following Details: A. Average Daily And Peak Water Flow At The Inlet And Outlet. B. Quality Of The Water At The Inlet And The Purified Water At The Outlet. C. Electricity Consumption. D. Consumption Of Chemicals. E. Dry Matter Content In Iau. F. Amounts Of Sediment Deposited. Cake Dry Matter Content. G. Staff Report And Training Program Status. H. Results Of The Conducted Inspections. I. Operating Costs Compared With Those Previously Given In The Contractors Offer. 5.
