Airport Surveillance System (Sur) - Acquisition Of A Passive Mspsr System. Hungarocontrol Magyar Légiforgalmi Szolgálat Zrt. (Hereafter Hc Or Customer) Installs A Passive Mspsr System (System) Consisting Of 4 Receiving Stations In Order To Develop The Primary Airspace Reconnaissance Of Budapest Tma And The Entire Budapest Fir Airspace (Lhcc). The System Must Be Able To Detect Aircraft Passively, Without Using Its Own Signal Source, Using Analog Fm And Dvb-T2 Signal Sources. Therefore, The Supplier Must Deliver And Install A System That Meets The Following Specifications. The System Must Not Use Its Own Signal Source. As Defined In The Technical Description, The Stations Must Be Able To Operate Simultaneously In The Following Two Broadcasting Bands And Use Their Signals: A) Analog Urh-Fm (87.5 - 108.0 Mhz) B) Dvb-T2 (Uhf (470-670 Mhz) ) Dvb-T2 Capable Stations Should Also Be Able To Operate On Dab Band Ii Frequencies. The Stations Must Be Able To Simultaneously Receive And Process At Least 4 Fm Stations And 4 Dvb-T Signal Sources.
