Operation Of A Power Plant – Partnership Market For The Financing, Design, Construction, Operation Of A Pv Plant On The Billette Site With The Recovery Of The Electricity Produced In Tours Métropole Val De Loire. The Services Are Regulated By Unit And Fixed Prices. This Consultation Concerns The Award Of A Partnership Contract Within The Meaning Of Article L.1112-1 Of The Public Procurement Code. Its Purpose Is A Global Mission Relating To: - The Financing, Design, Construction, Operation And Maintenance Of A Photovoltaic Power Plant Whose Pv Electricity Will Be Used Directly By The Community; - Assistance To The Community For The Award Of The Electricity Supply And Aggregation Contract Allowing Both The Aggregation And Valorization Of Pv Electricity And The Purchase Of Electricity For The Perimeter Delivery Points. The Nature Of The Holders Missions Is In The Specifications. The Contract Will Take Effect On January 1, 2026. The Duration Of The Contract Is Twenty-Five (25) Years From The Commissioning Of The Pv Plant.
