The Contractor Is Responsible For Teaching The Boa Basic Training And Boa Recertification In Such A Way That The Learning Objectives Are Achieved. See The Descriptive Document. The Boa Basic Training Concerns The Training To Obtain The First Certificate Of Investigative Authority. The Boa Basic Training Consists Of Two Parts, Boa Basic Legal Knowledge And Boa Basic Practice. The Boa Recertification Concerns The Training To Retain The Employees Investigative Powers. Periodically (Every 5 Years) An Exam For The Components Boa Basic Legal Knowledge And Boa Basic Practice Must Be Successfully Completed.
