Tenders Are Invited For Framework Agreement For Statutory Periodic Inspections Of Real Estate in Finland

We Are Requesting A Quote For Periodic Inspections Of Elevators, Fire Detectors, Automatic Fire Extinguishers, Electrical Equipment And Lift Doors In Properties And Buildings Under The Management Of The Sports Complex Of The City Of Helsinkis Culture And Leisure Industry. The Contract Period Is One (1) Year, And Three (3) Option Periods, The Duration Of Which Is One (1) Year. The Maximum Contract Period Is Therefore Four Years. The Total Need For The Work In Question Is Estimated To Be A Maximum Of 50,000 Euros/Year (Vat 0%) And 200,000 Euros For The Entire Contract Period Of Four (4) Years. The Work Sites Are Located In Properties And Buildings Managed By The Sports Unit Of The Culture And Leisure Industry, Mainly In Helsinki, But Also Outside The City Outdoor Recreation Areas And In The Archipelago. Periodic Inspections Of Lift Doors. The Supplier Is Responsible For Work Management And Work Safety. Either The Customer Or The Contractor Is Responsible For The Rental Of Work Equipment (E.G. Racks And Personal Lifts) On A Case-By-Case Basis. These Will Be Agreed Upon Separately In Writing. The Tenderer Is Required To Have An Accredited Inspection Institute Qualification. Costs And Travel Expenses. Separate Mileage Allowances And Visit Fees Are Not Paid. If Possible, The Customer Chooses A Maximum Of Four (4) Providers In Order Of Lowest Price As The Framework Arrangement Supplier. Procurements Within The Framework Agreement Are Made Primarily On The Basis Of Priority Order. Partial Bids Are Accepted.
