The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Selection Of A Contractor To Carry Out Construction And Installation Works On Five Offices For The Establishment Of A Stem Center Located In The Building Of Su Geo Milev, Located At The Address Republika Blvd., Varna, Varna Municipality #124 A The Execution Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works (Cms), Including Supply Of Materials, Mechanization, Labor And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Public Order, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And The Bills Of Quantities. Warranty Liability For The Periods Of The Warranty Periods Offered By The Contractor For The Individual Types Of Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003. For Putting Into Operation The Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut. The Planned Construction And Installation Works Include The Following Activities: Dismantling Of Existing Doors And Cash Registers - Dismantling Of Wooden Trunks Around Columns - Hammering Old Plaster - Priming - Making Lime-Cement Plaster - Plastering Of Walls And Ceilings - Applying A Primer - Double Painting With Latex Interior Paint On Walls And Ceilings; - Dismantling Of Balum - Impregnation Of Floors - Delivery And Installation Of Floor Plaster - Disassembly And Assembly Of Fluorescent Lighting Fixtures, Switches, Contacts, Sockets, Distribution Boxes, Etc. - Disposal, Removal And Disposal Of Construction Waste From The Site. The Technical Characteristics Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification And Types Of Activities, An Integral Part Of The Tc, Part Of The Present Documentation. The Activities Provided For In The Technical Specification Do Not Require The Issuance Of A Construction Permit According To Art. 151, Para. 1 Of Zut. The Current Procedure Is Conducted According To The Order Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Civil Procedure Code (The So-Called Reverse Order Of Examination - The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Is Carried Out Before Conducting A Preliminary Selection.) The Price Proposals Are Automatically Visualized In The Public File Of The Order After Decryption By The Chairman Of The Commission.
