The Subject Of The Current Public Procurement Is The Improvement Of A Square Space In The Village Of Ustrem, Municipality Of Topolovgrad, The Purpose Of Which Is The Creation Of An Ecologically And Aesthetically Sustainable Environment. The Aspiration Is To Achieve A Sustainable, Pleasant, Safe And Accessible Architectural Environment That Is Comfortable For All Age Groups Of The Population. The Prepared Project Treats The Square Space And The Adjacent Park Part Of The Village. Ustrem, Commune. Topolovgrad. The Project Proposes A Reconstruction Of A Functional Solution Tailored To The Needs Of The Population. The Subject Of Design Is The Modernization Of The Territory. The Following Functional Areas Are Identified In The Project: 1. Park Area With The Following Sub-Areas: The Center Of The Planning Composition Remains The Monument, For Which Cleaning And Restoration Activities Are Planned; Two Zones Are Planned - A New Playground For Children From 3 To 12 Years Old. Age; Relaxation Area And Quiet Games At The Same Time. Fountain; There Is A Parking Lot For 10 Cars; The Approaches Are Adjusted According To The New Composition. 2. Central Zone The Existing Pavement Is Highly Compromised And Lacks Square Space. It Is Planned To Raise The Level And Allocate A Square Space In Front Of The Town Hall, Etc. Fountain. New Seating Areas Under The Pergola In Detail With A View To The East Towards The Park Area And The Possibility Of Basking In The Morning Sun Are Being Set Aside. It Is Designated As An Area For Mass Events And Social Contacts. 3. Sports Area Outdoor Fitness Area And Table Tennis. To The South Of The Square Space, There Are Fitness Facilities And A Tennis Table According To Technical Specifications. The Flooring Will Be Made Of Concrete Imitation Granite Tiles. The Project Envisages An Irrigation System, Considering Which A Rich Species Diversity Has Been Chosen - Mainly Local Or Imported Species That Have Proven Themselves In Our Conditions. The Implementation Of The Planned Landscape Solution Will Beautify And Aestheticize The Space And Turn It Into A Place For Social Contacts, Active And Passive Games And Entertainment For The Population.
