Food, Beverages, Tobacco And Related Products – Ea Foods And Catering Supplies. Scope The Tendered Assignment Includes Food And Non-Food And Is Carried Out Within Alfa-College. The Following Items Are Part Of The Tender: Bread Beverages (Alcoholic And Non-Alcoholic Drinks) Dkw (Dry Groceries, Sauces, Herbs, Soups, Sweets, Etc.) Bread Spreads (Meat Spreads And Other Related Savory Spreads) Frozen (Snacks And Bread) Dairy And Eggs Fruit And Vegetables Coffee And Tea (Excluding Vending Machines) Non Food Locations Alfa College Has A Total Of 11 Locations. Deliveries Are Currently Taking Place At 6 Locations. The Number Of Locations To Be Supplied Can Be Adjusted Free Of Charge. Framework Agreement The Framework Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of Three Years With An Option For Extension For A Maximum Of One Year. The Agreement Takes Effect On September 1, 2025. Order Value The Turnover Of Food Products Amounts To Approximately € 1,000,000 (Excl. Vat) On An Annual Basis. The Maximum Order Value Is €8,000,000 (Excl. Vat), Above Which The Order Will Be Retendered. This Is An Indication Based On History From Which No Rights Can Be Derived. Turnover Mainly Depends On The Number Of Students At The Locations, As They Are The Largest Consumers Of The Products.
