Municipal Bus Driving Means That Movia Provides Municipal Driving Tasks On Behalf Of The Municipality. -------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------- The Driving Is Done As A Starting Point As A Special Route And Includes Approx. 6,400 Hours Of Driving Per Year With 9 Operating Buses, Of Which 5 Large Buses And 4 Minibuses. Requirements For Bus Equipment Appear In Contract Annex A - Requirements And Operating Conditions. The Start Of Operation For All Buses Is 16 February 2026. The Ordinary Contract Expires On A Date Specified By Movia In February 2034. The Contract Is Irrevocable For Movia For The First 6 Years Of Operation. Movia Can Terminate The Contract With A Written Notice To The Operator Of At Least 12 Months, So That The Earliest Termination Can Take Effect From The End Of The 6Th Year Of Operation Or At Any Time Thereafter. -------------------------------------------------- ------------Driving Is Expected As A Starting Point To Be Carried Out With Diesel Buses. Any Replacement Of Bus Equipment During The Contract Period, Including Replacement For Zero-Emission Buses Can Take Place In Accordance With Contract Appendix A, Section 1.1. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- In This Tender – Where The Equipment Requested Is Only To Be Used For Municipal Driving Tasks – This Implies That, For Example, The Same Color And Decoration Requirements Are Not Placed On The Equipment As Is The Case With Movias Ordinary Route Tenders, Just As Journey Card Equipment Must Not Be Installed Either. A Significant Departure From Movias Ordinary Route Offering Is Also That The Municipality Determines The Timetables Together With The Operator On The Basis Of A Dialogue Between The Timetables Appointed By The Municipality And The Operator. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- The Journey In The Offered Carriage Plans Basically Includes School Journeys With The Possibility That Other Journeys May Be Included In The Form Of E.G. Swimming Race. The Journey Must Be Carried Out On A Permit For Special Route Journeys. It Is Therefore The Responsibility Of The Operator To Provide The Necessary Permits To The Relevant Extent. In Periods When The Bus Does Not Carry Out The Described School Run, Regular Route Runs Can Be Initiated In The Form Of E.G. A Shopping Bus. This Driving Is Carried Out On Movias General Permit For Regular Route Driving. Driving Is Carried Out At The Same Driving Plan Hourly Price As Submitted In Tender Appendix 1 – Tender Form. Finally, Offers For Occasional Driving Of Up To 200 Hours Per Year. Occasional Driving Will Be Possible On Weekdays Between 06:00 And 23:59. Driving Is Not Considered Route Driving, But Bus Driving, And Must Follow The Rules For This. This Journey Must Be Carried Out By Tourist Buses.
