Refurbishment Work – Project Drafting And Execution Of Energy Rehabilitation, Renovation And Repairs Of The Granada Exhibition And Conference Palace Building, Of The Recovery, Transformation And Resilience Plan, Financed Through Next Generation Eu Funds. The Object Of The Contract Is The Drafting Of The Basic And Execution Project And The Execution Of The Energy Rehabilitation, Reform And Repair Work Of The Granada Exhibition And Congress Palace Building As Well As The Complete Execution Of The Necessary Actions For The Energy Rehabilitation, Renovation And Repairs Of The Building, Including The Final Design And Execution Of The Actions According To The Technical Solution Finally Designed, As Well As The Tests Necessary For Its Operation And Start-Up. Likewise, The Drafting Of The Final Documentation Describing The Design Of The Installation Will Be Part Of The Contract, Specifying The Final Situation In Which The System Remains At The Level Of Equipment, Architecture, Connections, Installation And Functionalities. The Project Must Include The Mandatory Health And Safety Study And The Waste Management Plan.
