Civil Work In Swad Ghar At Upli Oden Ki Nichli Gaushala, Nathdwara - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming ofbottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soils 2 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead up to 50 meter and with all lift. 3 Dismantling stone slab roofing over wooden karries andbattens (dismantling karries and battens to be paid forseparately) including stacking of serviceable material anddisposal of unserviceable material within 50 meter lead: 4 Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:In cement mortar. 5 Dismantling doors, windows and clearstory windows steel or wood shutter including chowkhats and holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead: Of area 3 square meter and below. 6 Carriage of following material including loading unloading and stacking if required complete in all respect.Earth, Sand, Lime, Moorum, manure or sludge, Building Rubbish, Stone Metal (Girt and ballast etc), Stone for Masonry work & Soling and Excavated rock etc. for 5 km. 7 Random rubble dry stone Kharanja under floor. 8 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 9 Centering and Shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways and removal of formwork for foundation , footings,strap beam, raft , bases of columns etc. 10 Providing and laying in position specified grade ofcement concrete forall RCC structural elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement.
