The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Laser Printer For Histopathology Cassettes For The Needs Of The Department Of Pathomorphology Copernicus Pl Sp. Z O. O.: 2. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of 1 Part, The Detailed Description Of Which, Assortment And Quantities Are Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz). The Ordering Party Attaches This Attachment To The Offer. By Completing The Items Indicated In This Annex, The Contractor Confirms That It Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 3. The Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Draft Contracts - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 4. The Offered Items Must Be Complete, Of A High Standard Both In Terms Of Quality And Functionality, And Free From Material, Construction And Legal Defects. 5. The Offered Items Of The Order Must Be Admitted For Trading And Use In Accordance With Applicable Law. 6. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems Or Indicates Trademarks, Parameters Or Sources Of Origin (Names Of Manufacturers Or Devices), In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Order Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law. 8. In Connection With The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Obligation To Personally Perform Key Tasks Of The Order.
