Construction Work For Mining – Securing The Kościuszko Shaft In The Wieliczka Salt Mine. 1. Subject Of The Order. 1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Renovation And Modernization Works Of The Kościuszko Shaft In The Wieliczka Salt Mine, Hereinafter Referred To As Works Relating To The Entire Subject Of The Order, Construction Works In The Above-Ground Part Or Mining Works In Underground Workings, In Accordance With The Offer Submitted In As Part Of The Tender Procedure. 1.2 The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Consists Of The Basic Order (The Guaranteed Part) And The Order Covered By The Option Right (The Part Covered By The Option Right). 1.3 The Minimum Scope Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order (Guaranteed Part) Includes Works Included In Items 1.1, 1.3, 2 - 6, 8, 10, 12.5.1 Of The List Of Technical Elements Of The Works/Cost Estimate/Bill Of Quantities/Material And Financial Schedule Constituting Annex No. 1 To Specifications. 1.4 The Part Covered By The Option Right Includes Works Included In Items 1.2, 1.4, 7, 9, 11 And 12 (Excluding Item 12.5.1) Of The List Of Technical Elements Of Works/Cost Estimate/Bill Of Quantities/Material And Financial Schedule, Annex No. 1 To The Specification. 2. Grzegorz Gogolok, Director Of The Specialized Mining Office In Katowice Of June 22, 2022, Which Constitutes Annex No. 59 To The Contract Template, 2) In The Underground Workings Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Their Implementation Technology And Agree On Its Implementation With Subordinate Services The Operations Manager Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine Mining Plant (Hereinafter Referred To As Krzg), And Then, After Making The Arrangements, Submitting It For Approval To The Krzg.
