Electricity – Supply Of Electrical Energy. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Supply Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Client Komunalno Duga Resa D.O.O. For Measuring Points Listed In The List Of Measuring Points, All In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And Conditions From This Procurement Documentation. In Accordance With The Regulation Adopted By The Government Of The Republic Of Croatia, At The Session Held On November 28, 2024, The Electricity Offered Must Contain A Minimum Of 50% Of Electricity From Renewable Sources. In Order To Stimulate The Production Of Energy From Renewable Sources In Order To Make It More Competitive With Energy Obtained From Conventional Sources And To Encourage The Construction Of New Sources Of Renewable Energy And Achieve Sustainable Development, The Client Determined That Electricity Must Contain The Specified Minimum Percentage Of Electricity From Renewable Sources. According To The Electricity Market Act (Official Gazette 111/2021, 83/2023) Renewable Energy Sources Are Energy From Renewable Non-Fossil Sources, For Example Wind Energy, Solar Energy (Thermal And Photovoltaic) And Geothermal Energy, Environmental Energy, Tidal Energy , Tides And Other Ocean Energy, Hydropower, Biomass, Gas Obtained From Waste, Gas Obtained From Wastewater Treatment Plants And Biogas.
