Construction Work – Energy Modernization Of The Ballada Local Social Activity Building, Intended For The Activities Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Stalowa Wola. 2. The Basic Scope Of Works Includes: A) Reconstruction Of External Walls Related To The Thermal Modernization Of The Building On The Plot No. 2233/14 From District 0003 (3-Centrum) And The Connector, B) Reconstruction Of The Roof Related To The Thermal Modernization Of The Building And The Connector On The Registered Plot. No. 2233/14 From District 0003 (3-Centrum), C) Interior Reconstruction Of The Entire Facility, D) Reconstruction Hardening And Green Areas In The Study Area, E) Construction Of A Bicycle Shelter, F) Installation Of A Terrace At The Connector - Southern Side, G) Installation Of A Green Terrace At The Connector - Northern Side, H) Dismantling Of External Stairs Leading To The Main Entrance To The Facility And Installation Of New Stairs Integrated With Ramp And Flower Pots. 3. The Material Scope Of The Project Concerns The Facility Located On Plots With Registration Number 2233/14, Precinct No. 3, With An Area Of 849 M2 And 2227 Precinct 3, With A Usable Area Of 220.32 M2 In Stalowa Wola, Which Is Used By A Cultural Institution - The Municipal Cultural Center In Stalowa Wola. 4. The Subject Of The Project Is A Deep, Comprehensive Energy Modernization Of The Building Along With Replacing The Equipment With Energy-Saving Ones. Due To The Poor Condition Of The Building And The Lack Of Adequate Insulation Of The External Walls, Moisture And Mold Occur. Moreover, The Roof, Cornices And Gutters Require Urgent Repairs. Therefore, In Order To Meet The Currently Applicable Thermal Insulation Requirements, An Energy Audit Was Performed, On The Basis Of Which The Scope Of Deep, Comprehensive Energy Modernization Of The Ballada Building Was Determined. The Project Includes Activities Aimed At Increasing The Energy Efficiency Of The Facility, I.E.: A) Insulation And Renovation Of The External Walls Of The Facility, B) Insulation And Renovation Of Walls In The Ground, C) Insulation Of Flat Roofs With Polystyrene, D) Replacement Of Windows And External Doors, E) Replacement Energy-Saving Lighting; F) Reconstruction Of Heating Systems - Power Supply From The Pec Heating Substation, G) Construction And Reconstruction Of Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Systems And Installation Of Cooling Systems, Including The Use Of Renewable Energy Sources (For Ventilation Systems, Heating Support With An Air-To-Air Heat Pump), H) Use Of Weather Automation , I) Renewable Energy Installation (Photovoltaics), J) Installation Of Individual Heat, Cooling And Hot Water Meters, K) Supporting Hot Utility Water With A Pump Hot Air-Water, L) Modernization Of Internal Heating And Hot Water Installations, M) Installation Of Vertical Valves And Thermostats. 5. The Detailed Scope Of Works Was Included In The Stwiorb, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Designs Constituting An Annex To The Swz.
