Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Firm (National) (Lump-Sump) Title Of Service: Technical assistance from consultancy services to design (high & low level certifications) for disaster response network Brief Description of Assignment: Were seeking expression of Interest (EOI) for the design & development of a comprehensive telecommunications network aimed at enhancing disaster response efforts. This robust & resilient network will feature mission critical Push-To-Talk (PTT) capabilities & rapidly deployable, dismantalable & adhoc private networks that can operate effectively in adverse conditions: The project will encompass the following technical assistant components: A. Design Services: Comprehensive planning & architecture for the telecommunication network. B. Certifications and Documentations: Obtain necessary compliance certifications as per international standard. C. Project Assistance: Guidance & support throughout the project life cycle. D. Local Testing and Acceptance: Conduct rigorous local testing to ensure network performance & reliability. E. Deployment and Roll-out Plan: Strategic planning for the deployment of the network infrastructure. F. Security and Privacy Documentation: Ensure compliance with security protocol & privacy regulations. G. Maintenance and Support Agreement: Provision of ongoing maintenance & technical support. H. Price Modeling of Network elements: Detailed analysis & modeling of costs associated with network components. I. Project acceptance Assistance and training: Provide assistance for final project acceptance & training for end users. We invite interested parties to submit their qualifications & relevant experience to showcase their ability to deliver on this critical project. Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: For Consultancy Firm Successfully completed at least 3 projects in Disaster Management Network Planning, Forecasting and Warning System including/ or Cellular Communication Network in any countries within the last 10 years. For Key Person Consultant(s) of the participating firm should possess at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)/ Telecommunication and Engineering from any recognized Engineering University. A professional certification in Telecommunication or advance learning certifications will be given preference along with the following must haves: Working Experience in Disaster Management, Forecasting and Warning System including Communication Network/ Multinational Telecommunications or Telecommunication Solution providers or Telecommunications Engineering Consultancy in any country as consultant or project manager on network implementation and commissioning. Working Experience with any government department related to meteorology, climatology and geophysics will be given preferred. Working Experience as project manager in delivering disaster management related projects including network and telemetric system Working Experience for Planning and Implementation of Core, Radio, Power and Transmission Network Other Details (if applicable): Applicants can deliver their Application by hand, mail, courier service to the address mentioned in the request for Application advertisement.
