The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Heras Type Barriers Or Equivalent To Ensure A Security Perimeter Around The Sainte-Marie-Madeleine Church In Tournai. These Barriers Will Be Installed To Replace The Barriers Currently Present But Whose Rental Ends In April 2025. Following Winter Weather Conditions (Freeze-Thaw Cycle), It Appears That Stones On The Facades Of The Building Are Disintegrate. Elements Fall Onto The Public Highway And Compromise Safety Around The Building. The Installation Of These Barriers Must Ensure Public Safety In The Direct Vicinity Of The Building, Pending Restoration Work On The Building Envelope. This Contract Provides For A Monthly Visit To Ensure That The Security System Is Still In Place And In Order. The Contract Is For A Period Of 1 Year, Renewable 3X (Maximum 4 Years).
