The Client Needs An Activity Offer In An Indoor Activity Park In Connection With Kings Summer 2025. The Offer Must Include Access To The Activity Park. Kongesommer Is A Holiday Club That Offers Children And Young People Day Activities Every Summer. The Purpose Is To Offer The Participants Activities That Are Easily Accessible In Their Own City And Surrounding Area. The Activity Offer Must Be Able To Accommodate 90 Participants At The Same Time, And Must Be Able To Be Adapted To The Age Group 8-13 Years. The Participants Are Transported Between The Bases And The Activities By Bus, And The Activity Must Therefore Be A Maximum 20-Minute Bus Journey From The Center Of Sandnes. The Activity Must Be Able To Be Offered Tuesday - Friday Between 10.00 And 15.00 For Four Weeks Of The Schools Summer Holidays. The Client Has Probed The Market For Suppliers Who Can Offer An Indoor Activity Park With Facilities For Kongesommers Participants, And Cannot See That There Are Any Relevant Suppliers Other Than Playground Forus As That Can Offer The Desired Activity According To Kongesommers Needs In Terms Of Requirements, Scope And Distance . The Client Therefore Intends To Enter Into An Agreement With Playground Forus Without Competition Taking Place In The Market.
