As Part Of A Corporate Project To Deliver Several New Amenities To The Park, The Project Team Envisioned A New Central Park Washroom Building, And Potentially (Optionally) A New Change Room Building To Be Provided To The Site. It Is Desired To Partly Screen The Mass Of The Building(S) Within A Conceptual Berm Within The Park.
