The Object Of The Procurement Is The Low-Value Hvac Works Related To The Properties Of The Rental House Group Sivaka From Oulu, Under The Conditions Specified In This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Work Is Performed During The Contract Period In Both Empty And Occupied Apartments. The Work Performance Also Includes Work-Related Information, Picking Up/Returning Keys, Protections, Tools, Tools And Equipment, And Waste Collection And Removal. In The Procurement, The Customers Are Oulun Sivakka Oy, Sivakka-Yhtymä Oy And Oulun Tervatalot Oy. The Contract Is Concluded With Each Subscriber. The Contract Period Is Planned To Start On March 1, 2025. The Start Schedule Is An Estimate And The Agreement Is Only Created With The Signature Of Both Contracting Parties.
