This Preliminary Announcement Relates To The Intention To Launch A Public European Tender For The Engineering Service For The Preparation And Realization Of The Vloedbelt Connection. The Vloedbelt Connection Is A New Road Connection On The Almelo-Hengelo/Enschede Corridor. It Is A High-Quality Provincial Road (N743) Between Almelo And Borne To Replace The Existing Route Through The Centers Of Zenderen And Borne. This Concerns Approximately 6.5 Kilometers Of Road With 5 Roundabouts And 12 Structures (Tunnels, Viaducts, Railway Underpass And Culverts). The Pip Was Established By The Provincial Council Of Overijssel In Mid-2024 And The Preparatory Work For Its Realization Started. A Service Agreement Is Concluded Under The General Purchasing Conditions Aiv2022. The Aim Of The Tender Is To Acquire An Engineering Firm To Carry Out (Consultancy) Work In The Preparation And Realization Phase. This Concerns Broadly And Not Exhaustively: - Conditioning Research/Studies - Drawing Up Kes - Support For Communication, Stakeholder Management And Participation - Further Elaboration Of Reference Design, Including Developing And Weighing Scenarios, Landscape Integration, Coordination Of Prorail - Advice On Sustainability/Circularity - Permit Management - Cost Expertise - Coordination / Supervising The Installation Of Cables & Pipelines - Contracting Advice, Including Drawing Up A Contract - Support During The Tender Procedure - System-Oriented Contract Management, Including Test Coordination And Carrying Out Tests - Carrying Out Interim And Final Recordings And Inspections
